Furthermore, bulletins are grouped in "series", GS, SK, SA etc, depending on the department which issued it (service department, maintenance department, spare parts department etc.)

Your access authorization is controlled only by the engine model for which you have registered. If you only registered a PS-26D engine, do not expect to download a bulletin that refers to a DK-20 engine.
